Julian & co. did an excellent job in selling our home in South Hill. His team was outstandingly helpful throughout the process. Julian knows the Bellingham market and although he does not list himself as a 'luxury agent' or 'South Hill specialist,' he, Hudson & Kailee did a great job. We sold our house in a week after listing it, for a fair price. I can't say enough thanks to Hudson who helped us unload a lot of stuff. Julian could not have done more or better to market our home.
