About Nathan T. Lowe

Nathan chose Bellingham to attend college in 1985 because he saw great potential for his future home here. This area has so many of the things he loves: the water, mountains, fresh air, mountain biking, sailing, the nearby deserts of Eastern WA, and the proximity to Seattle and Vancouver BC; we have great urban accessibility without enduring traffic all the time! This unique area is a location for fun, adventure, and simply a wonderful place to live. 

 

Nathan has done many things professionally since he came here. He's been an electrician, a live music nightclub owner, a USCG licensed sailing master, sailing school owner, a carpenter, a restauranteur, and ultimately he chose to help others succeed in realizing their dreams by working in real estate. Every step he took along the way prepared him for what he does now. He's taken his knowledge of electrical, carpentry, homes, people, teaching, diplomacy, negotiation, customer satisfaction, the beautiful area we live in, and melded them into a potent knowledge base for helping people find the right home, prepare their home for selling, or modifying or fixing up a home that's almost right. 

 

He listens to his clients carefully, he's armed with know-how to maximize the sale of your home, and most importantly, he knows how to win your offer; anyone can show properties, but winning the offer when we find the perfect home is the key ingredient in the equation of your success!
